We’re Hiring: Team Lead, Wholesale Product Coverage

We are looking for an experienced capital-markets professional to lead our Wholesale Product Coverage team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, market development and stakeholder engagement across:

• Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs)

• Structured products

• Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL)

• Liquidity and market-making programmes

• Other exchange-traded products and services

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least. 9–10 years of relevant experience in product coverage, product development or capital markets

• Demonstrated leadership and team-management capabilities

• Strong knowledge of capital-market products and market structure

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and business-development skills

• The ability to translate market opportunities into commercially viable initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages would be beneficial
