Job Description:

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, HR activities, ensuring legal compliance and implementation aligned with the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

In general, responsibilities and job duties of the HR Manager includes but not limited to:

1. Administer and manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, training & development to off-boarding;

2. Work closely with the senior management and different teams to support, advise and implement various HR aspects including but not limited to manpower planning, performance evaluation, employee retention and employee relations;

3. Administers, oversee or manages the administration of human resource matters including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development

4. Update and keep all HR records;

5. Nurtures a positive working environment including organizing HR activities, maintaining close communication with employees;

6. Spearheading personnel policies and procedures;

7. Conducts market research on compensation trends and findings in biotech industry.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines, or Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of experiences in HR management;

2. Previous job experience in biotech industry is an advantage

3. Good knowledge of HK Labour Law;

4. Good Communication Skills;

5. Good command of Cantonese and English, both oral and written; Good knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;

6. Strong sense of responsibility; be proactive, independent, and mature
