The Role

A technically grounded, commercially focused procurement position within the marine and offshore sector:

• Manage all vessel-related procurement across marine parts, maintenance items, tools, and equipment
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and subcontractors to achieve quality and cost objectives
• Develop and maintain supplier framework agreements to drive consistency across purchasing activities
• Ensure procurement compliance with internal guidelines while processing purchases efficiently within budget
• Oversee invoice verification, PO and DO matching, and timely sign-off processes
• Prepare monthly procurement reports covering activity analysis, forecasting, and budget monitoring

What We're Looking For

An independent, analytically minded marine procurement professional:

• Minimum 10 years' procurement experience, with at least 5 years in the offshore marine industry
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Skilled negotiator with strong vendor management and stakeholder communication abilities
• Willingness to travel for vendor audits and inventory inspections
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a procurement team
