Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate the school’s admissions process from initial enquiry through to student enrolment.
· Attend to admissions enquiries from prospective parents and students promptly, professionally, and courteously.
· Provide accurate information on admission requirements, application procedures, school programmes, fees, and enrolment processes.
· Handle and process student applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and properly maintained.
· Follow up with prospective parents regarding applications, supporting documents, assessments, interviews, and enrolment status.
· Coordinate admission assessments, interviews, school tours, and other admissions-related arrangements.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and admissions information in the school’s database/system.
· Work closely with teachers, academic staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
· Handle sensitive and confidential student and family information with professionalism and discretion.
· Ensure all admissions procedures and documentation are carried out in accordance with school policies and requirements.
· Maintain a professional, organised, functional, and welcoming admissions office environment.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing parents, students, teachers, and expatriate families.
· Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the admissions journey.
· Prepare admissions reports, updates, and relevant documentation for management when required.
· Assist with school events, open days, student orientations, and other admissions-related activities.
· Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in school admissions, education administration, customer service, or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with expatriate parents, teachers, and students.
· Strong command of spoken and written English.
· Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
· Strong organisational, administrative, and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
