Responsibilities

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Planning and create engaging text, image, and video content
• Developing and share various social media content, such as graphics, videos, and other forms of content.
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Reviewing and optimize the company website and social media pages
• Developing effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
• Stay up-to-date with changes across all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions and competitions
• Preparing sales quotations, answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email or walk- in and project tender proposals accurately
• Track order status and coordinate deliveries within the department, such as sales, purchasing, warehouse or logistics
• Maintain strong professional relationship with clients, dealers, and external partners
• Assist with general administrative tasks, scheduling, and internal department coordination

Qualifications

• Nationality: Malaysian
• Excellent photography skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft softwares
• Average to high proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to create hospitable customer experience
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Dedicated to work and willing to learn
• High confidence
• Punctual and task-oriented
