What this job involves:
Conduct weekly inspections of hotel rooms, washrooms, and stonewall trees; respond to emergency calls and coordinate ad hoc repairs with vendors
Manage key control for all Studio Units (vacant and occupied) and oversee key borrowing registration for visitors and contractors
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person at the Information Centre; support exhibition room operations including daily opening/closing and scheduling per operating hours
Maintain daily patrol logs, file applications and leasing documents, process rental receipts, and manage office signage, notices, and directory updates
Monitor and restock first aid supplies, manage storeroom inventory (e.g., booklets), and procure office equipment and sundries
Perform monthly water and electricity meter readings and assist in issuing debit notes.
Desired experience and technical skills required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in basic administrative and record-keeping tasks
Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with vendors
Good communication skills for handling customer inquiries and tenant requests
Attention to detail for inspections, inventory, and documentation
Familiarity with office equipment and basic procurement processes
Physically able to conduct facility walkthroughs and light maintenance checks
