Responsibilities
Working Hours / Location:
Working Days: Any 5 days from Mon to Sun
Working Hours: 11:15am to 9:00pm
Location: Parkway Parade Mall
With attractive Allowances + Incentives!
Responsibilities:
Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
Handle complaints and suggestions
Manage and update the database daily
Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N Level qualification
Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude
Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment
Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling work matters
