Role Description This full-time Sales Executive role is a hybrid position based in Selangor, with a combination of on-site customer visits and office-based or work-from-home tasks. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts, and promote Kcc Paints Sdn Bhd’s products and solutions to relevant industries. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, following up on leads, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination with internal teams. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to support sales strategies and product development. Regular reporting on sales performance and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM or sales tracking system are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of chemicals, paint, or related industrial products, or willingness to learn technical product features and applications.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits to diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, projects, and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Comfort with basic digital tools, such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and online meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently, travel locally for client meetings as needed, and collaborate with internal teams such as operations and technical support.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in chemicals, coatings, or construction-related industries, is an advantage.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
