Customer Service Executive

• Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes

• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers

• Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

• Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered

• Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner

• Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently

• Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement

• Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management
