We are looking for an organised, independent and commercially minded Operations & Marketing Executive to support the growth and day-to-day management of our GP clinic. A hands-on role responsible for coordinating the clinic's daily operations, inventory, purchasing, administration, reporting and selected marketing activities

Key responsibilities:

- Medication & consumable stock monitoring and monthly reconciliation

- Purchase invoice entry and supplier coordination

- Manage WhatsApp orders and enquiries

- Manage social media and digital advertising

- Plan and execute health campaigns

- Prepare simple monthly management reports

- Identify operational issues and improve clinic systems

We are looking for someone who is:

- Organised, trustworthy and detail-oriented

- Good with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets

- Independent and proactive

- Social-media and marketing savvy

- Able to work independently in a hybrid arrangement

Experience in clinic/pharmacy operations, inventory, administration or digital marketing is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
