· Prepare preliminary land-lot layout plans, subdivision sketches, access/road reserve options and plot arrangement drawings based on geran/title, survey information, land area and internal development requirements.

· Convert information from geran, survey plans, site sketches, Google Earth/Maps and consultant inputs into clean CAD drawings and presentation-ready layout plans.

· Check basic land details including lot number, mukim/daerah, area, boundaries, access, neighbouring lots and relevant title restrictions where provided.

· Liaise with licensed land surveyors, town planners, architects, engineers, legal/admin team and PBT/technical departments where required for information gathering and follow-up.

· Assist in preparing documents for pre-consultation, planning discussion, subdivision direction and internal management review.

· Maintain organized drawing files, revision records, title/geran references, authority correspondence and project folders.

· Update land-lot plan versions based on management feedback, consultant comments and authority requirements.

· Support site visits around Terengganu where needed to understand access, terrain, existing roads, drains, utilities and surrounding development context.

Requirements

· Diploma or certificate in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Town & Regional Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, Property Development or related field.

· 1–2 years’ experience in CAD drafting, land survey support, property development, planning consultant office, architecture/civil consultant office or similar role.

· Able to use AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. SketchUp/QGIS/Google Earth skills are an advantage.

· Able to read and interpret basic geran/title documents, lot information, survey plans and development constraints.

· Basic understanding of land development process, subdivision, access planning, planning permission, PBT requirements and relevant Malaysian/Terengganu land/property procedures.

· Good filing discipline, drawing revision control and attention to detail.

· Able to communicate with consultants, authorities and internal team in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.

· Based in or willing to work from Kuala Terengganu; own transport preferred for liaison/site tasks.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
