We are Singapore's premiere cheese specialty shop (brick & mortar shops and online portals) providing natural cheeses and other natural foods at affordable prices, our aim is for everyone to find a style of cheese that they love.

We are looking for a Retail Executive to join our team. As a Retail Executive, this role will be to serve and attend to customers' needs and enquiries in our shops, assisting the Retail Team in managing the Retail Experience. This is by ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times, replenishment of stocks and ensure all available products are properly displayed.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in customer experience together with Retail Team in physical retail store (Location: Joo Chiat)
2. Support the retail sales management through effective reporting and communication to the internal team and business control
3. Manage and monitor the planning and ordering of products by retail team, in conjunction with marketing and sales
4. Lead and drive in stores activities/events/workshop whenever required

Job Requirements/ Competencies

• Able to work retail hours (10am - 7pm) for 5 days / week which needs to include at least 1 weekend day & public holidays.
• Preferable to have at least 3 years of retail experience
• Service oriented and passionate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Creative & innovative thinking, Be comfortable with working in SME environment
• Preferable to be passionate about food, does not require experience in cheese industry
