Key Responsibilities
- Industrial Relations & Investigations: Lead workplace mediation, resolve complex IR issues, conduct thorough internal investigations, and partner with legal advisory/labor offices.
- Regional Compliance & Risk: Oversee compliance rigor, risk reviews, and due diligence regarding local employment laws, statutory requirements, and data privacy regulations across ASEAN.
- Engagement & Culture: Measure organizational health, design employee engagement and recognition strategies, and partner with resourcing teams on branding and talent acquisition demands.
- Qualifications: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of proven track record as an HRBP, HR Operations Lead, or ER Specialist within a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise: Deep, in-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulatory requirements, performance management, and investigation protocols covering regional portfolios
- Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, data analysis, and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
