Position : HR Recruiter

Salary Range : RM 2,200 - RM 2,800 + Allowance

Location : Bukit Bintang, KL

Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Source and approach candidates through online platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct basic candidate pre-screening
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide candidate updates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment database
• Assist in managing social media to promote job openings and employer branding
• Create simple posts for job ads and company updates
• Support senior recruiters in daily recruitment activities and learn end-to-end hiring process
• Handle basic administrative and ad-hoc HR tasks

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with social media and online tools
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and proactive

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
