Coordinate the day-to-day deployment of cleaners to assigned client locations.

Prepare staff duty rosters, cleaning schedules and manpower deployment plans.

Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism and replacement manpower requirements.

Coordinate with Cleaning Supervisors regarding daily operational requirements.

Maintain employee deployment, attendance and site documentation.

Arrange cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment and consumables required by each site.

Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests when required.

Assist in conducting routine site inspections and quality checks.

Communicate client instructions and operational changes to site personnel.

Follow up on client feedback, complaints and service requests.

Prepare cleaning checklists, attendance reports and operational reports.

Coordinate employee training, site orientation and safety briefings.

Assist the Operations Manager with new-site mobilisation and manpower deployment.

Ensure cleaners follow established cleaning procedures, safety requirements and company policies.

Maintain proper records relating to cleaning operations and site activities.

Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
