Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, record, and process daily purchase requisitions from the production department
• Negotiate with the supplier for the most cost-effective deal
• Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Liaise with internal department personnel on project-related activities
• To attend meetings to understand and support project activities
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

• At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to effectively communicate with suppliers and vendors
