Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly payroll processing and statutory payments, including the preparation of related payroll reports.
• Assist with year-end tax reporting and liaise with the external payroll provider on payroll and tax-related matters.
• Administer employee medical insurance and benefits, including new enrolments, claims follow-up, and outstanding claim cases.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including report preparation, HR communications, meeting coordination, and support for ongoing HR initiatives.
• Support employee mobility matters, including work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, temporary accommodation, and flight arrangements.
• Assist with HR data and analytics, identifying trends and turning workforce data into meaningful insights.
• Support other HR and Compensation & Benefits initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, or a regional office environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR systems.
• Prior exposure to payroll administration, employee benefits, or HR data management would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting cross-country employee transfers or mobility matters would be an added advantage.
