Responsibilities
JOB TITLE: Service Advisor
SALARY: RM3,000 – RM5,000+
LOCATION: Kajang, Selangor
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer vehicle problems.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection with technicians.
- Explain service recommendations and quotations.
- Follow up on repair progress.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
- Support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist the workshop in achieving sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service or automotive experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly, patient and responsible.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / English is an advantage.
