Responsibilities
Job Type: Kitchen Assistant
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in food assembly
Support daily kitchen prep and service operations
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and service counter
Assist with cutting, portioning, organizing, and stocking ingredients
Support inventory checking and ingredient organization
Wash and properly store kitchen tools and equipment
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with the team during busy service hours
Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsible and able to follow instructions
Good hygiene and attention to cleanliness
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Basic kitchen knowledge is a bonus (training provided)
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Services
At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage services
Great communication skills
Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays.
