Job Description / Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (images, videos, captions) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and etc)
• Produce high-quality short-form videos, reels and social media content from ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing
• Develop creative ideas and copywriting for brand content
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms and digital best practices to maximise content performance
• Monitor and analyse content performance, and engage with audience feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media management will have an added advantage
• Passionate about content creation, storytelling and social media
• Confident on camera and able to direct talent during content shoots
• Able to shoot and edit short-form videos independently using smartphones and/or cameras
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut and Microsoft Office. 
• Basic understanding of Meta, TikTok and other social media platform.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
