Marketing & Sales Executive (Part-Time)

Job Requirements

• ***Able to talk to our parents from China fluently
• University and Polytechnic undergraduates
• Strong interest in marketing and sales
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and performance-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information on courses, programmes, and enrolment procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admissions and course registrations.
• Assist in student recruitment and enrolment activities.
• Prepare and publish marketing content across various platforms.
• Manage and update the organisation's social media platforms and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain marketing databases and enquiry records.
• Assist in market research and identify opportunities to improve student recruitment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Starting pay of SGD $15.00 per hour
• Hourly rate increases to SGD $20.00 per hour after 3 months, subject to performance
