Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, colouring, highlights, treatments, and other salon services.
• Provide professional advice on hair care, products, and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Keep up to date with current hairstyles, techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Recommend and promote suitable salon products and services when appropriate.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with general salon duties when required.
