MISC Group Hiring! Full Time Recruiter (6 months) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

MISC Berhad is looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end internship recruitment and placement process across all business divisions, including manpower coordination, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and internship administration.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process for third-party hires across all divisions.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for employees across all divisions, including contract renewals and contract-to-permanent conversions, by obtaining necessary approvals, preparing proposals and offer letters, and ensuring a seamless transition process.
• Facilitate internal mobility initiatives by coordinating employee transfers across business units, managing approvals, preparing employment documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining organizational workforce requirements.
• Liaise with hiring managers, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), and relevant stakeholders to ensure recruitment and employee movement processes are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
• Ensure all recruitment, employment movement, and employee lifecycle activities comply with company policies, governance requirements, and applicable employment legislation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of working experience in Internal Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and experience in preparing recruitment proposals and offer letters, including terms and conditions of employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
