Assistant Field Service Engineer

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of company’s safety product.
• Participate in field and in-house service and repair of gas detection system, warranty repair, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.
• Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.
• Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely within the Service team.
• Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.
• Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency.

Requirement

• NTC 2 or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with 3 years’ experience in service/engineering position in similar industry. Process instrumentation experience is an added advantage.
