HL Design Group Hiring! Full Time Inspector Of Works in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

HL Design Group is an award-winning international design studio practising architecture, master planning, interior design, and environmental signage.

With our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, our multidisciplinary team is seeking an Inspector Of Works

Responsibilities: 

• To check Architectural, Interior Design, Structural and M&E drawings and coordinate with the consultant and contractors to ensure there are no discrepancies
• To check and monitor setting out of the works
• To monitor the coordination of mechanical and electrical services, structure and specialist works with the architectural works
• To inspect and verify that Architectural and Interior Design works are in compliance with the contract drawings and specifications
• To attend all site meetings
• To take instruction and report to Architect or the Employer on any site related matter/issue

Requirements:

• Inspector Of Works registration with LAM or BEM
• Knowledgeable with inspection and quality assurance procedures, coordination of construction documentation and drawings and reporting, computer literate as well as statutory requirements for CCC.
• Preferably minimum 2 years experience in Commercial/Retail projects

Location:

• Plaza Alam Sentral, Section 14, Shah Alam
• Duration: 6 months (start immediately or latest by end of September 2026 until end of February 2027) subject to extension
