Operation Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Operations Executive to join our team. You will support the coordination of daily operations and projects, including manpower, site activities, documentation, and communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations and project activities from planning until completion.
• Arrange work schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and other site requirements.
• Monitor site progress and follow up with supervisors and workers to ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, site representatives, supervisors, workers, and internal departments on project requirements and updates.
• Prepare and submit required pre-work documentation such as Method Statements, HIRARC/Risk Assessments, work schedules, and supporting documents.
• Ensure required permits, approvals, safety documentation, PPE, and site requirements are in place before work commencement.
• Coordinate site visits, briefings, inspections, and project handovers.
• Prepare progress reports, checklists, schedules, and other operational records.
• Follow up on client feedback, outstanding matters, and any site or operational issues.
• Assist in coordinating materials, equipment, transportation, and manpower for smooth project execution.
• Support management with project planning and other operational matters when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Valid driving licence and own transport will be an added advantage.
• Experience or basic knowledge in facility management, construction, high-rise cleaning, will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
