Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with SMB business teams to drive financial performance and business growth
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Develop financial models and evaluate business cases
  • Provide strategic financial insights for pricing, promotions, and new business initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability and operational performance

Requirements

  • Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
  • Proficient in Excel; SAP/Cognos experience is an advantage
