Monolith is seeking a Regional Video Production Supervisor who has a passion for video production (in both a studio environment and in the field), proven audio-visual & broadcast experience, team management, and a commitment to program excellence.
Joining our Video Production teams supporting Meta, the ideal candidate will oversee the Video Production teams in the region that provides end-to-end production including pre-production consultations, creative scripting, technical coordination, setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, post-production supervision and management.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving skills, quantifiable leadership talents, exposure to installed audio-visual systems, and abilities in team and project management; with a
strong background in video productions. Experience with program delivery in an Enterprise environment is ideal.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead varied & demanding video productions in a high profile studio environment, including driving programs and technical projects with teams across APAC.
- Manage remote video production operations offices by interacting with local team supervisors as required.
- Reviews clients request and provide creative/technical direction for planning, scheduling, and delivery of productions.
- Keeps Service Owner/SDM informed of status of high-priority productions, support plan, and serves as a liaison between staff and follow through to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and generate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within Production scope
- Generate/update and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all teams
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve our services.
- Reviews current equipment and provide feedback on workflow etc.
- Identify system and/or workflow deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Oversees team's efforts to ensure all entries and schedules are updated on the team’s calendars.
- Oversee works with “flex labor” vendor managers to meet production and customer expectations and needs.
- Provides additional support across all verticals when necessary.
- Have regular syncs with Managers to keep them informed of developments of the service.
- Follows up with team members to communicate specific aspects of the task assigned.
- Identify gaps and drive efficiencies projects in region.
- Oversee the regional SOP for OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, working with other verticals within the team.
- Manages technical resources within allocated budget and client support schedule.
- Contributes in monthly and quarterly status meeting with Management. Provide analyses on trends based on event data.
- Suggest improvement to internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Lead the commissioning and setup of the service in new markets
- Develops and maintains departmental workflow procedures and SOPs.
- Conduct regular trainings and refreshers
- Conduct regular 1:1 with direct reports
- Mentors and guides team members.
- Ensure team’s compliance to HR SOPs.
- Plan onboarding program for new joiners to get them operational in the most efficient manner.
- Conduct regular assessment of the team capabilities via the competency matrix, suggest improvements to the process and/or training or development plans to up-level the team.
- Lead and /or drive team leads towards project(s) delivery, including contribution to SOPs, reports, etc.
- Serves as a point of escalation and provide the highest level of customer service
- Develop clear documentation to educate clients on the team’s services
- Manages client expectations and effectively communicates the team’s level of support.
- Meet stakeholders to inform them of available Services and Programs
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in managing a team in a video production environment. (full time employees as opposed to freelancers)
- 5 years of working knowledge in video production, comfortable with audio visual equipment, demonstrating proficiency(s) across audio, video, lighting, streaming and editing disciplines.
- Experience with creative/technical challenges and problem solving needs in an video production environment. Able to keep up with production trends to advise on best approaches and practices.
- Exceptional professionalism and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable interacting with C-Level Executives, celebrities and other VIP guests.
- The desire and ability to have an impactful conversation with users about their support needs and requirements.
- Excellent task management, verbal & written communication skills, combined with relentless follow-up.
- Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is highly motivated and communicative.

- Proficient with Google Suite and/or other business applications.
- Familiar with Gen-AI Video Production Tools and Trends advantageous.
