About us

FindClinic.sg is a healthcare editorial platform that helps patients in Singapore discover specialist doctors through in-depth profiles, long-form interviews and video content. We are part of Clinic Genie, an agency that builds digital presence for clinics and healthcare practices. We are a small team, which means you will do real work from day one and see the direct results of what you produce.

The role

You will split your time between growing our network of partner doctors and clinics, and writing the words that power our platform. One day you might be researching specialist clinics and drafting outreach messages, the next you might be turning a doctor interview transcript into a polished editorial article. If you enjoy both talking to people and writing things worth reading, this role was built for you.

What you will do

Business development

• Research and build lists of specialist doctors and clinics in Singapore that fit our platform
• Support outreach over email and WhatsApp, from first contact through to onboarding
• Draft pitch materials and follow-up messages for prospective partner clinics
• Track outreach progress and keep our pipeline organised
• Sit in on partner calls and clinic visits where relevant

Writing and copywriting

• Write and edit long-form editorial articles based on doctor interviews and research
• Draft educational health articles for our platform and partner clinic blogs
• Write outreach copy, email sequences and pitch decks that sound human, not templated
• Edit interview transcripts into clean, readable profiles
• Write captions and short-form copy to support our social channels
• Learn to write within healthcare advertising guidelines, with guidance from the team

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing or a related field
• Strong written English with a clear, natural style. You can write long-form without padding and short-form without sounding stiff
• Careful with facts. You check names, titles and claims before they go out
• Organised and reliable, able to manage several drafts in parallel
• Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals in a polished, respectful way
• Open to feedback and willing to redraft until a piece is right
