Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 5 days week.

Job description:

-To assist customers with their needs based on their artwork, whether it's creating new artwork and design for their new products, CMYK colour separation or any amendment to their existing products.

-Candidates must be able to use Solidworks, CAD, Adobe Illustrator, or other digital art software relevant.

-Customer service responsibilities such as following up with customers according to their request and confirm any artwork before proceed to production.

-To follow up with suppliers regarding the details of the printing block and die-cut mould, after the customer has confirmed his/her artwork.

-To be very careful in the process of checking the artwork, to prevent any mistakes.

Requirement:

-Candidates must at least possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. (preferable in art related degree for this position)

-No working experience needed. (working experience is preferred for this position)

-Work well with others and good communication skills.

-Computer literate on Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Adobe Illustrator and handling emails between suppliers and customers.

-Independent and willing to learn.

-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
