Responsibilities

Lead the R&D of core algorithms in the field of computer vision, covering technical implementation for business scenarios such as image processing and video analysis.

Drive the training, optimization, and iteration of vision models to enhance accuracy, robustness, and inference efficiency in complex scenarios.

Explore cutting-edge directions in multi-modal vision technology, conducting research and application deployment in cross-modal semantic alignment and multi-source information fusion.

Follow the latest research findings from top-tier conferences and journals, translating technological breakthroughs into business applications to strengthen the company's technical competitiveness.

Participate in algorithm competitions, technical patent applications, and academic paper publications to consolidate technical achievements and build industry influence.
Requirements

Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Applied Mathematics, or related fields; Ph.D. holders are preferred.

At least 2 years of work experience in computer vision, with professional proficiency in core algorithms and common toolchains for image processing and video analysis.

Proven end-to-end experience in vision model training and deployment; highly proficient in mainstream deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch/TensorFlow), with the ability to independently manage the full lifecycle from model selection and training tuning to deployment.

Strong logical analysis and teamwork skills, capable of independently leading technical projects and driving business requirements to completion.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the research and application of multi-modal vision models.

A publication record of papers in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, or NeurIPS.

Award-winning experience in prestigious computer vision competitions.
