Well-establised local M&E looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join us. He/She will be responsible for ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Organize safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.
• Monitor and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Liaise with authorities, contractors, and project teams to ensure site safety.
• Maintain and update safety documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction or engineering industry.
• Familiar with Sinagpore safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong self-discipline.
• Experience with Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is an advantage.
