Full Time Project Support - Sales Coordinator - WCAN Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,600 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare product samples, project documentation, and related materials to support project execution.
• Manage and submit project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Process project orders and maintain records using SAP and Excel.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
Assist in coordinating site meetings and work closely with consultants, developers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

• NTC 2, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Building Services, Architecture, Sustainability Design, or related disciplines.
• Proactive and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in project coordination, sales support, events management, lighting, or M&E-related industries is advantageous.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong administrative and documentation skills.
