Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate / Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
• Working experience in admin, online sales or other related field is an advantage or fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply
• Proactive, independent and good problem-solving
• Familiar with the operation of Social Medias (tiktok, shopee, fb, ig)
• Pleasant personality and positive working attitude
• Have own transport.

• Preferred to Malaysian only.

Responsibility

• Provide support on marketing administrative task such as process orders sales on social media, update stock etc
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including promotional activities
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
• Updating social media platforms.
• Managing the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
• Support the parcel packing process and ensure customer orders are prepared accurately.
• Assist in managing and checking daily orders from e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare reports related to sales, reviews, and marketing activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
