Managing Director Support

• Provide proactive support to the MD, including calendar, meetings, appointments and scheduling.
• Manage confidential correspondence, expenses, travel arrangements and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
• Assist with presentations, reports, research and special projects.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for senior management and visiting guests.

Corporate Services

• Provide administrative support to HODs, including documentation, claims and information coordination.
• Manage incoming mail, emails and enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Process and track invoices related to travel, transportation, office services and other corporate expenses.
• Prepare reports, presentations and supporting documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for HODs.
• Handle other administrative and ad hoc assignments as required.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative or Corporate Services roles.
