About the role

Handle daily incoming and outgoing warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, counting and recording of raw materials and goods. Arrange and store materials according to warehouse procedures, prepare and issue raw materials, WIP and finished goods as required, and perform picking, packing, loading and unloading of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily incoming and outgoing warehouse operations

• Receive, check, count and record incoming raw materials and goods

• Arrange and store materials properly according to warehouse procedures

• Prepare and issue raw materials, WIP and finished goods as required

• Perform picking, packing, loading and unloading of goods

• Ensure accurate stock movement and proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing items

• Assist in stock counting, inventory checking and stock reconciliation

• Follow FIFO practices and ensure proper stock rotation

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and 5S standards

• Report any damaged goods, stock discrepancies or inventory issues to the superior

About you

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage

• Experience in incoming and outgoing warehouse operations is preferred

• Able to perform physical work and handle materials safely

• Responsible, hardworking and punctual

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift licence / experience is an added advantage

• Manufacturing experience, especially in a corrugated carton / packaging environment, will be an advantage
