Responsibilities
NO QUOTA FOR WORK PASS
Jurong (Chin Bee Road)
5.5 Days Work Week (Alt. Saturday after confirmation)
Salary Commensurate with Experience
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
Alternate Saturday Off after confirmation
What You'll Be Doing
Process and prepare:
Request for Quotations (RFQ)
Sales Orders
Delivery Orders
Packing Lists
Support procurement activities and order tracking
Maintain inventory and purchasing records
Prepare invoices and assist with documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and operations team to ensure timely deliveries to vessels
Support accounting and audit-related administrative work
Requirements
GCE N/O Levels or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in shipping, marine, hospitality, FMCG, food trading or related industries will be advantageous
