The Company is seeking a VP/AVP, Credit Analyst to join its team. The successful candidate will be tasked with conducting independent credit assessments and supporting sound credit decision-making within the corporate banking portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and integrity of the credit portfolio, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and lending principles. Key responsibilities for the VP/AVP, Credit Analyst include performing detailed credit analysis on corporate and institutional clients, preparing and reviewing credit applications, and monitoring portfolio quality to identify emerging credit risks. The role also involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers and business teams to structure credit facilities, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements, and participating in various credit committees and risk reporting exercises. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years' of credit analysis experience, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must, with additional Asian language capability being advantageous.
