Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
Handle full spectrum of HR function for foreign employees (Included Payroll, Trainning, Recruitment)
Manage work pass applications
Administration of workmen compensation
Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matters
Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date
HRIS system implementation
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
At least 1 years of experience in
construction industry
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skill and meticulous
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Candidates with good experience will be considered for higher role. Compensation will be commensurate accordingly.
