Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Marketing & Content Intern to support *SCAPE's Content & Communications team. The intern will help maintain the organisation's digital presence through website content updates, social media publishing, content creation and campaign support.

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, content production, youth culture and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Management

• Upload and publish programme, event and promotional content on the *SCAPE website.
• Maintain website content accuracy, including event details, images, registration links and calls-to-action.
• Support regular website audits to ensure information remains current, clear and user-friendly.
• Assist in updating landing pages, homepage banners and promotional assets.
• Work with internal teams to gather content, images and links required for publication.

Social Media Publishing & Community Engagement

• Schedule and publish content across *SCAPE social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Ensure captions, hashtags, links, tags and creative assets are uploaded accurately.
• Support community management by monitoring comments, messages and audience interactions, escalating issues where required.
• Track youth, social and digital trends to identify relevant content opportunities.

Content Creation

• Develop basic social media content, including static posts, carousels, short-form videos and stories.
• Assist in copywriting for social posts, website updates, EDM snippets and campaign materials.
• Support photography and videography during events and activations.
• Edit simple photo and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.

Campaign & Project Support

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns for *SCAPE programmes, signature events and community initiatives.
• Assist with content calendars, publication schedules and asset tracking.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect content requirements and approvals.
• Support partner, creator or community engagement initiatives where required.

Reporting & Administration

• Monitor basic website and social media performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing monthly content and performance reports.
• Maintain content repositories, photo libraries and marketing assets.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Marketing team.
