About the Role

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support technology and software consulting projects. The role will work closely with clients, business users, developers and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys working across business and technical teams and has an interest in software, IT systems and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Document business requirements, functional specifications and process flows
• Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Support the design and implementation of software and IT solutions
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, testers and business users throughout project delivery
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking and requirement validation
• Prepare meeting notes, project documentation and status updates
• Support system enhancements, implementation activities and change requests
• Communicate project requirements and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline
• Previous experience in business analysis, systems analysis, IT consulting or software projects is preferred
• Good understanding of software development and IT project processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to document requirements clearly and systematically
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and business teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, documentation tools and basic data analysis
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC or software implementation projects will be an advantage

Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
