Duties and Responsibilities

· Conducting product training activities, health talk presentations etc.

· Assisting in developing, implementing, executing marketing initiatives, coordinating online and social media-related events, training, and e-learning activities.

· Create effective digital marketing campaign to drive sales and conversion.

· Assist in the company's event and training activities.

· Manage apps digital platform, and ensure all information and functions are well implemented to support distributor activity.

· Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition events. Communicate with the field about any sales activities, provide excellent service to our members, and keep them abreast of company news and directions.

· Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights if required.

· Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Administration or related fields experiences in sales/product marketing/training especially in dealing with people face-to-face.

· Knowledge and experience in Direct Selling Company (MLM) or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

· Excellent presentation skills on stage, good communication skills, good team player with positive attitude.

· Fluent in Mandarin, English and be able to write, vice versa (written and verbal).

· Ability to work independently, conduct event/training and able to travel on weekends/ public holidays if required.

· Must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
