Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including booking, confirmation, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, and handle general patient enquiries.
- Register and update patient information accurately and ensure records are properly maintained.
- Coordinate appointments and communication between patients, dentists, and clinic staff.
- Handle daily front desk and administrative tasks.
- Assist with payment collection, receipts, documentation, and related records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and waiting areas.
- Attend to patient feedback and provide good customer service.
- Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in dental clinics, medical clinics, customer service, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Interested in the dental or healthcare industry and willing to learn.
- Able to work according to the clinic's working schedule.
