Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Manage various landscape projects and maintenance contracts;
  2. ⁠Visit the sites according to the daily schedules;
  3. Prepare tender submission and attend tender interview and ensure that presentation to the client is well prepared and knows the scope of work;
  4. Ensure to meet the monthly required landscape contract target;
  5. ⁠Find Clients in landscape for landscape services;
  6. ⁠Attending meeting with the Horticulturist in site;
  7. Meeting with Clients to address any issues or any new contract developments;
  8. Work with Director & Team to resolve any contractual disputes arising in the projects/maintenance. Investigate and resolve or refer as appropriate disputes/complaints in accordance with contractual requirements in a timely manner;
  9. Conduct meeting with Horticulturist and sales team for daily updates of all contracts;
  10. Counter check all the out-going quotations (Projects and Maintenance) and monitor each status from your Sales team;
  11. Prepare progress claims and check both Project and maintenance before submitted;
  12. Liaise and assist sales and marketing team and ensure that all the team job scope are being performed;
  13. Oversee and check quotations, proposals, attend site visits with Sales Team;
  14. Improves products/services offers of the Company by doing market research and propose new products/services development and perform innovative future action plans;
  15. Check and ensure that all awarded projects received LOA before commencing the job and discuss with the team the necessary requirements;
  16. Resolve contract disputes and assess claims for extensions of time and additional costs;
  17. Participate in the project tender process, including leading the team in tabulating quantities and pricing;
  18. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project/maintenance managers;
  19. Oversee the overall planning and execution of the contract to ensure optimization of resources and manpower;
  20. Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets;
  21. Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders on any outstanding contracts not processed/signed.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the landscape industry is required for this position.

Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.

Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
