Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and drive-oriented Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will primarily focus on managing Key Accounts (KA) with a service-first philosophy. You will be responsible for driving business growth across our full product line and delivering scenario-based, customized solutions to key commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Targets & Business Growth:

Drive the sales of our full product range to consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue goals.

* B2B Client Acquisition & Account Management:

Lead B2B client prospecting and retention across target channels, including F&B, tea & beverage, bakery, and tourist attractions/scenic areas.

* Tailored Solutions & Product Onboarding:

Deliver tailored, scenario-based proposals to clients, building trust and successfully integrating our product portfolio into their operations.

* End-to-End Sales Operations:

Oversee sales support functions, including order processing and logistics coordination, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaint resolution.

Requirements

* Education & Passion:

Associate degree (Diploma) or above; passionate about the soft ice cream and food industry.

* Experience:

Proven track record in independent business development, with 3+ years of experience in food ingredient/raw material sales.

* Language Skills:

Fluency in Mandarin and English with clear, professional communication skills. With a knowledge in Japanese will be a plus.

* Key Competencies:

Strong numerical acumen and data sensitivity paired with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
