About the role
We are seeking a detailed‑oriented and proactive Property Manager to oversee tenant relations, leasing negotiations, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator with proven experience in managing agents, securing favorable lease agreements, and coordinating construction work with contractors to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
Key responsibilities
Manage relationships with property agents to source and secure new tenants.
Negotiate tenant lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing rental value.
Oversee tenant onboarding, renewals, and lease administration.
Coordinate construction and renovation projects, liaising with contractors to obtain competitive pricing and quality service.
Monitor contractor performance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution, service standards and cost efficiency.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management on property performance and market opportunities.
Manage tenants' inquiries, address complaints, respond to emergency situations, and handle ad hoc assignments as required.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable lease terms.
Experience coordinating construction or renovation projects, including contractor management.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management systems.
Strong written and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Self‑motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a small family business environment.
