Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and transactions
Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximise repeat business and customer loyalty
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
Stay informed about current promotions, inventory, and market trends to communicate relevant information to customers
