About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in our Yuen Long District location. This is a strategic role designed to bridge financial management and business operations, providing crucial financial insights and support to drive informed decision-making across the organisation. As a Finance Business Partner Manager, you will be instrumental in translating complex financial data into actionable business intelligence, supporting departmental leaders and senior management in achieving their strategic objectives whilst maintaining rigorous financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders and operational departments to understand their strategic objectives and financial requirements

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting and business case development to support strategic planning and investment decisions

• Monitor and analyse departmental financial performance against budgets and key performance indicators, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across the business

• Support the preparation and presentation of financial information to senior management and the board, ensuring clarity and relevance

• Lead ad-hoc financial projects and investigations as required, including cost optimisation initiatives and process improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards

• Provide training and support to business stakeholders on financial concepts, systems and reporting requirements

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable

• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in financial management, business partnering or controller roles, preferably within supply chain, logistics or food industry environments

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights for non-financial audiences

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisational levels

• Proven capability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Experience with supply chain finance, operations finance or logistics sector finance is advantageous
