Department: Manufacturing – Cleaning and Lube
Operator 1 is responsible for supporting machine operations in the Lube area, performing basic tasks under supervision, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This entry-level role focuses on learning fundamental processes, executing routine tasks, and assisting senior technicians as needed.
Production & Machine Operations:
- Perform routine loading / unloading job or anything that triggered by supervisor
- Make sure downstream operation is having enough supplies to continue running production
- Load and unload with the correct orientation
- Perform CIM scanning for lot transaction to next operation
- Understand the basic operating procedure and certified minimum level 1
- Basic safety precaution
Process & Quality Assurance:
- Perform sampling and sanity checks on products.
- Verify MESA flow and product codes for accuracy.
- Follow IMS and RBA requirements.
- Complete assigned cleaning/ Lube checklists.
- Maintain inventory control to prevent excessive WIP time.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Assist with MESA transactions such as split/bin/cassette associations.
- Carry out shift checklist buyoff and assist in machine bring-up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to 7S housekeeping and workplace safety regulations (e.g., PPE use, chemical handling).
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills.
- Work closely with senior technicians and supervisors to gain hands-on experience.
- Adhere to process instructions and report for any abnormalities observed for further verification.
REQUIRED:
- SPM or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
