Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

•      Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

•      Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation andcustomisation.

•      Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

•      Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, andAura Components.

•      Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CDpipelines.

•      Working knowledge of Salesforce data tools: Data Loader, Data ImportWizard, or similar ETL tools.

•       Unit test code development experience

•       Code review and quality improvements experience.

TechnicalSkills

•      Salesforce configuration: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, SharingRules, and Security.

•      Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, andChange Data Capture.

•      Familiarity with deployment tools such as VS Code with SalesforceExtensions, SFDX CLI, or Gearset.

•      Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Certifications(Required)

•      Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (minimum)
